I suspect some of them will when the public opinion starts to grow more suspicious. You have to put yourself in their shoes, they have all eyes on them trying to portray Republicans as salacious, offensive, and disingenuous as possible. She might be. Democrats are trying, whether she's alive or dead, to keep the seat on the court occupied until 2020. if they can, they hope to force the GOP to keep the seat open until the election like what happened to Merrick Garland.

Personally, I think she's probably alive, but will not live much longer. She's probably on life support at least through the end of this court session, and then she'll die this summer. If she's already dead, they're going to go with that story anyways. What's weird is that there is better evidence for the existence of Sasquatch than there is the RBG is alive currently.
