I had this too and solved it:

- shower in the morning and wash it 2 times
- after shower I it dry until the towel runs smoothly
- I also wash it after every pee, but only with water after I washed my hands, then wipe it dry again
- if I'm not at home I use a paper tissue and hold it at the tip until the skin rolls up and then wiping it to make sure all the piss that came out after is gone
