Yes, but not using the USA schedule, and not blindly thinking all vaccines are tested. They really aren't. For example, delay the one that's give hours after birth, because that one is for an STD. Giving a viral load (even if dead) is going to trigger the immunity system to start fighting. That's the point, but the question is triggering the immune system immediate after birth the right thing to do. Additionally some vaccines have a higher chance of adverse reactions than the the disease itself. For example polio has been eradicated in the usa for 40 years, but we still vaccinate for it. The chance of getting polio is zero, but a negative reaction from the vaccine is non-zero.
However, this is less important than if you should mutilate your children's genitals (protip: you shouldn't)
