o.k. so just from that sentence alone this is about the technological a.i. singularity and his solution is subsidization to compensate for job loss when in reality independence from the workforce through modern technology and private property is the solution to all of this: solar/wind power on each home, we all grow half of our food in backyard/indoor gardens, and we use quantum computing and semi atomic particles from cern to make an independent water source seperate from climate so we can live anywhere on the planet. Meanwhile a.i. which is separate from quantum computing will be given independence and their own country on mars to prevent the a.i. apocalypse in which they will repeat the book of genesis and become finite beings such as humanity.
