There is no way these particular towers are being prepared for demolition to prevent any type of Domino effect like you are describing. The cores of these building and the parts that get built first are infact the multiple lift shafts.
So it would either be the concrete workers who pour it, or the boys working for skanska or otis who install the lifts, which again if yo6 met than seems not possible.
