I remember traveling all throughout mexico a few times when I was younger. The whole country used to be safe. Tijuana was a major weekend party town for all the whites, senor frogs, papas and beer, many other bars/clubs would remain packed. Now these towns and places are shadows of their former selves. Been to acapuulco a few times, I saw those cliff jumpers dive into the ocean... so overrated.
