That was a good speech. Trump even said any stipulations that prevent funding certain aspects of border security will be remedied with the national emergency. The only problem I had was the admission that his emergency will get stalled in the courts. He should have said that only SCOTUS should be allowed to make a determination if they so choose. The question is if there will be an injunction and if the SCOTUS will lift it so that the wall can be built while everyone waits for the courts to decide, or better yet just takes the case immediately. Clarence Thomas believes national injunctions by a district court are unconstitutional, we will have to see.
