MELLENIAL ATTITUDE

Guys I think I have an "Attitude Problem".
I lost a job that payed 62k/yr because of my attitude.

I also just quit a job yesterday that paid 50k.yr because my "attitude" constantly conflicted with the boss.

Is this typical of mellenials?

yes
ur a retard

you mean people don't put up with your shit like your parents did? Oh no... that sucks.

>leaf

No wonder.

More like my bosses are incompetent and I get upset with them when they interfere with my job and make me do a worse job because of their meddling.

>62k
>50k

Sorry you lost your shit tier jobs. Go find a career.

>be me
>gen-x

The biggest difference between millennials and gen-x is that gen-x understands that the motivation of any company is profit. It’s about the money and not me.

Understand that and you’ll thrive in business environments

Well user, i already worked in a famous enterprise and was fired because exactly, as they said, my attitude. They really don't wanted to admit that, but very probably was because my political choice, since all the workers were left-leaning. Some left-leaning were so far-left that some of them were members of Antifa and openly stimulated the hunt and beating of right-wing people.
I always tried to make the things most professional possible, but happened that the left is devouring everything.

false flagging boomer

What you are saying is that: make a good job and profit and don't think people care for your feeling because they do not?

learn the bro culture man stick a fake smile to your face say yes all the time go wast hour into shitty 5 to 7
how they say it put a smile in your voice ?
don't even work hard just learn to lick ass clean

Genx here. We have seen more and more young people willing and eager to rock the boat. They run to HR over minor things and generally do have attitude issues.

Even if they have legit concerns it seems they have terrible judgement when it comes to picking their battles. One of my customers let go one of his young engineers recently over something as silly as a title block format argument regarding their CAD files. The young guy felt he knew best and would not let it go.

I can't work with middle class white people. Was a software dev. I'm going to work in a factory instead and help small businesses with their website on the side.

I'm convinced the white middle class is going to be obliterated by someone or other. They're just the worst people and everyone including themselves hates them.

You dont even have to be an ass kisser. As I said in other post just pick your battles and go with the flow. The grown up world has always been this way. Until you have seniority or are firmly established in a company you dont start unnecessary shit.

I mean, I’ve drug up jobs that payed that much cause I didn’t like the foreman, but I always knew I could find better ones.

Speaking of the turning the of the millennium, what event do you think tricked America into fighting Israel's wars for it?

You're supposed to be doing what they want.

Millennial here making $225k/yr (not in SF/bay area). Maybe your problem is acting like a faggot all the time.

Welp I have two cases with much better reasons my dude.

In the 62k/yr job, my boss wanted me to time the workers and figure out why they aren't producing X amount of products per shift (because the managers thought they were "fucking the dog"). I hate doing that shit, but did as I was told. but I told the workers every detail because I felt they had a right to know why I was hovering over them, and sure enough the evidence that I gathered was used as ammunition to crack the whip---even though I demonstrated that the reason for their lack of productivity was due to factors outside the production (waiting for crane, waiting for material, etc).
Worst of all, this bogus task was assigned to me when I had much more important fish to fry, which ultimately lead to my firing (because of neglecting said duties).

Other job, the owner was a high functioning alcoholic who kept criticizing me at every turn---claiming I should know how to construct his product without blueprints---he even went so far as to say that he was disappointed in my performance despite being "college educated".

I went into his office and yelled at him that he expects me to be an expert of his product yet gives me no blueprints---if you gave me blueprints and I messed up the job, then you can criticize me, but when you do give me blueprints--the product is within 0.5mm of tolerance.

I don't know if I have this attitude because I'm millennial or what...

>As I said in other post just pick your battles and go with the flow
how can you do that without turning off your brain with some kind of medication is beyond me

Was having the same problem and I went to a hedge fund. Everyone here just acts professional instead of like attention seeking faggots. Getting out of a company that treats SE's like gods was the best choice I ever made

Yes. You’re an entitled shit who doesn’t know how to toe the company line. You’re the problem. Not your corporate slave masters. You’re the one that signed the contract to be a wage slave. Behave like one.

I know you're on the wrong because as soon you're attacked, you're trying to justify yourself.

>he isn't part of a union so he can't tell his boss to fuck off

too bad, too sad user

Think of it through a sports analogy.
>new rookie on the team
>start to immediately second-guess the coach during first training day
>but on my old highschool team we did it this other way. We should do that instead
>other players warn you
>ignore them and do your own thing anyway because you know best
>"Oh God why was I cut from the team I did nothing wrong I bet I was a better player than all of them"

Real jobs work the same way. You are part of a team and there is a hierarchy. You dont fuck with it.

i'm physically unable to comply with subordination
my body reject it i start to feel sick and my imagination goes wild

There has to be more to the story then that.
What was your actual job description? And is your background industrial systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or technologist from a 2 year program? Or something else entirely?

Nice try Mr.Doxx'er man.

I dont even know what province you are in. You could have been fired from one of tens of thousands of places in ontario alone.

Money talks, bullshit walks. If they paid on time, then they call the shots, poorly aimed or not. Your fault was putting up with it long enough to let it get to you and snapping, instead of immediately looking for a different job.

>not know the difference between 'then' and 'than'
>nitpick someone else

Oh look, leaf.

i'm a millennial, got a job making 33.5k at age 22, still at the same company making ~120k right now. so no, it's not typical of millennials, however i'd wager you are likely a trumpfag (pic related) which is probably why you cant hold a big boy job. you should just hang yourself really and save your parents the shame of your existence

pic related

Who's mommy's little prince?

>Who's mommy's little goy ?
slave please

>bosses are incompetent
You seem to think that the point of having a job is doing the best you can. That is not the point of having a job; the point is to the least work possible and not be fired.
Actually wanting to do your job means you're exposing the rot in management, and bureaucracy protects itself even at the cost of inefficiency.
I am consistently baffled how the left claims to be pro-labor, for the working class, yet is also militantly for labor scab immigrants to take any bullshit job for peanuts. Wage theft is the greatest issue of the 21st century and immigrants are the new union busters.

>Money talks, bullshit walks. If they paid on time, then they call the shots, poorly aimed or not. Your fault was putting up with it long enough to let it get to you and snapping, instead of immediately looking for a different job.

You're right, ain't gonna even try to argue against ya.

My only excuse is that there isn't that much opportunity in Canuckistan as there is in US---we are in a food crisis at the moment and jobs that pay more than 60K are extremely rare.

I'm surprised at the quality posting of Muricans ITT.

With this mind set I know your a faggot millenial, work hard get promoted get more money or be happy with just getting by and being treated like shit for it

Well, this depends, if you make yourself useful, to a small business owner for example, for long enough, you will have earned enough respect that they will care about your feelings, to a point.

Are you used to never standing up for yourself?

>be happy slaving your life away for a mediocre pay that you can give to the government, taxes and landlord
why aren you happy user ? take some antidepressant if you can't stand your life anymore

This is good advice.

this is why im neet

>work hard get promoted get more money
These things don't entail each other, boomerposter

Hierarchies are Anglo as fuck. Can't all be chiefs.

I have the same problem and it is mine (our) responsibility. If you can't find a job where they value your labour, that means you are not good enough. You think you can do something, but in reality you are no better than the people above you and you know this. This is what makes you lash out at them.

Get better at what you do and find the place where they appreciate quality work.

ITT: Strategies to make you a docile wagie

TAKE THE ENTREPRENEUR PILL YOU FAGGOTS, BEST DECISION I EVER MADE

Shut up bootlicker

>TAKE THE ENTREPRENEUR PILL YOU FAGGOTS
>t. self-employed street corner entertainer

Because you don't get promoted for working hard. That's how I know you're a boomer btw, you still believe this shit. Everyone I know learns this the hard way. There's nothing to be gained from hard work, companies don't care about their employees THAT much. Just aim for average or a little above. You don't owe them more. Gone are the days of companies taking care of employees, adapt.

Yeah but sometimes they are just fucking shit up. I’ve worked in several warehouses and see this shit every time I switch jobs. They’ve got inefficient layouts, bogus trip tickets, and typically bad attitudes about how ‘this is how we’ve always done it’. Institutional inertia is a bitch and holds a lot of these places back.

Only place that actually made changes based on feedback was Wal Mart ironically. They are pretty much the best of all worlds when it comes to warehousing/logistics and it’s largely because they’re willing to try out new shit.

> 62k/year
Are white people really that poor now? All my friends are making $50k+/year in straight $ to rupee conversion, and we're barely above average in our peer group.

Are you saying educated pajeets in white collar gigs are at par with white people now?

youtu.be/-hXCA8198bw

Generation X is not better than Millennials
Were both equally worthless
Gen x is just older

Attached: 1533130690749.jpg (675x601, 63K)

What is wrong with you? Drop the entitled attitude and just do your job. Talk shit on the weekends

frightening to think the power could be diluted to the point it's not worth to corrupt anymore is it

That's what immigrantion does, yes. Now do you understand why Americans are so pissed?

>educated pajeets
good joke you kike a cow shit and you find 3 diploma

Then, yes, you have a major attitude problem. Actually, you have more of a "grandiose narcissistic personality disorder" problem.

Attached: 1531534442542.jpg (1024x571, 64K)

>you don't get promoted for working hard
Exactly. The company knows they can continue paying you whatever you're making and get more work out of you. It's like how subscription services never give existing customers the deals they give new customers.
Once you are in management this is very, very obvious. Human capital is not protected like it was in the employment for life era. People still want MUH PENSIONS though, as if that will happen.

You are just stupid.

fucking this

can you be narcissistic if all your views are based on bettering everyone situation and not yours
think again
but you're right i have a major attitude problem with the current working market who's closer to full blown slavery every day

our entire upper class turned traitor fifty years ago rujesh

go to work, do what your told and shut up. once you start getting paid more than entry level maybe start to become a little more stern

he has a "being a normal, healthy human being who physically rejects the broken modern system" problem

yeah 62k is entry level work if if you have an degree

The Pajeets that get to the US typically make more than the average American but that may be because the ones that make it here are you elites.

I honestly don't know as far as your weird little hierarchies go

>Institutional inertia
I like this term.

What places are not like that? Toyota? Everyone I've ever talked to about working at Toyota--hates working at Toyota.

>i'm physically unable to comply with subordination
>my body reject it i start to feel sick and my imagination goes wild

You are autistic.

You'll fit in well here.

Just keep your head down and do as you're told. Don't rock the boat unless you have a second job.

>You are autistic.
no shit sherlock

>Just keep your head down and do as you're told.
that's some sad shit to read
what have humanity become

So either start your own company or learn to get along with people, dimwit.

I know. The sooner you stop resisting it, the better.

The alternative is start your own company and you can be the boss.

>melennial
This is popping up all over Jow Forums. New shill buzzword. Fuck off kike.

The difference is Gen X gave up on caring about changing anything because "nothing matters" and millenials had nothing so decided to fuck around and change everything until maybe they did.

it's just you. I'm also a millennial but don't have this problem, you're just selfish

Attached: dontlikeit.jpg (1000x1000, 226K)

Good luck with the rest of your life.

You can say anything you want to anyone you want, no matter how mean it is... but you have to choose the right words. That is the art.

thats what i did if it make you guys feel any better
still sick inside and would give everything I have for a chance to obtain liberty
we lost it long ago it's about time we fight to regain everything they took
luck as never been on my side

Even the gypo gets it

Attached: hes-right-you-know.jpg (380x347, 25K)

No....YOU have never been on your side. You are your own worst enemy. Fix yourself.

Jobs are a voluntary and temporary exchange.

I know what you're saying though, it is a bummer.

There's a line between standing up for yourself and not admitting/owning up to your own faults (on this case, his short temper.and authority issues).

Managers did that. They had a giant American flag and played the star spangled banner at our team meetings. Then they’d transition into Skynyrd and we’d all get to work.

shit thread, boomer.

No you're not. Title?

>You are your own worst enemy.
aren we all
didn you ever dream of what life could be
if only

if only what?

this is the answer i seek wasting my time here
if you find it please tell me
there must be a turning point i can't be the only one waiting

Ya there is, just become a neet.

Attached: neetlife.jpg (1200x864, 160K)

Or are you trying to instigate something stupid?

>Or are you trying to instigate something stupid?
good question if i could i would if that answer satisfy you
someone have to start it after all the power is uncontested since too long and slavery as never been humanity destiny

>They had a giant American flag and played the star spangled banner at our team meetings. Then they’d transition into Skynyrd and we’d all get to work.
Extremely obvious textbook cult practices.

Buddy, it wouldn't work even if you could. You sound younger than a millennial honestly.

Millennials are old and have already accepted the (1) get job (2) start business (3) be a neet or (4) an hero nature of reality.

Whatever dude if you want to listen to some nigger rap or something for 12 hours that’s cool but I’ll settle for 70’s rock just fine. Most warehouses there’s no music and you’re just listening to fans blowing and equipment horns.

"""Principal Software Engineer""". It's a meme but pays well. 225 includes a bonus. Can scale up to 265 if I do REALLY well in a year
