Under our most recent deal with Israel, we are paying Israel a mean of $3.8 billion a year in military aid for the next 10 years. That’s less than half of what we pay to sub-Saharan Africa in foreign aid every year. And some of the aid we give to Israel comes back to the US when they buy from our defense contractors, while none of the aid we give to Africa comes back to the US.
It is a shame that any aid is sent to Africa. It rarely gets into the hands of those who need it most despite the best intentions of those giving it. I'm not going to pay to give the local chieftain a new pair of sunglasses and a gold-plated AK.

desu the worst aid we give Africa is food aid. Because the US government buys a ton of farming surplus every year, we have a lot of good food to distribute to the world, and a lot of it goes to countries in sub-Saharan Africa which cannot farm sustainably to maintain their own growing populations. We, as well as other nations, are the sole reason to why Africa's population is experiencing a boom leading to waves of African refugees flooding into Europe, as most of those European "refugees" are not middle eastern but African only being listed as Middle Eastern when they enter the EU because the last country they were in prior to traveling to Europe is usually an Arab country. Africa largely has an inhospitable climate with poor farmland and a severely mentally stunted population, without billions in free food for their people the African population would first level off, then begin to fall back to pre-colonial era numbers. We should stop giving food aid to niggers, the only problem being that the government still has to purchase farming surplus so they have to come up with another use for the extra food or simply let it rot.

Now I recon that Africa, with it second largest continent status - covering 20% of the land surface, 6 %of the surface of the globe, and it's population of 1.2 billion people, is more important than israel. certainly in terms of value it delivers to the usa, in resources, and in some case weapons systems e.g. south africa) .
i just want to point out that 0.6 dollars per inhabitant is a lot lower than the 38 billion/10 years/8 mill = 4,7 million dollars per israeli. and they have no gold, shit they don't even have water.
