Yeah it's not an objective measurement, IIRC the compass was originally designed to convince people they were lolbertarians who just didn't realize it. And as others have said, a 2 axis metric for something as complex as political beliefs is only slightly better than the old left vs. right paradigm. You can easily have "extreme" views in either direction that average out and make you seem like a centrist.

I think it's because my moderate liberal beliefs are not contradicted in any way by my moderate racist and nationalist beliefs. I'm very much pro abortion, because it means less black and hispanic babies. I'm pro drug legalization because it would take away the main source of income from the beaner cartels (also more overdoses equals less ghetto trash). I don't care about faggots getting married or adopting kids because why the fuck would I? Most kids up for adoption are fucked either way. I'm pro environment because I don't want to see my country as fucked up as India, China and other nonwhite wastelands.
