As you're 19, you either have a massive heart defect or you didn't have a heart attack. 19 year olds don't just have heart attacks. Either way an ECG would rapidly prove you're fine. Chances are you stopped breathing and had an apnea/hypopnea episode, slept on your arm awkwardly, and woke up in a panic.

ive been having symptoms of heart/circulation problems for a few years now, but brushed it off.

either way thank you user i decided to say fuck it and on my way to the er. i forgot ecg was a thing... thank you

>ive been having symptoms of heart/circulation problems for a few years now, but brushed it off.
Honestly, it's very unlikely to be your heart at your age. You can go to the ER, but I wouldn't count on them telling you much. I don't know if they'll even examine you, given your age.

You're forgetting that he's 279 lbs of lard at 5'1.

If you own a sphygmomanometer at 19, perhaps see a psychiatrist.

update in case anyone is interested idk

they did ECG said nothing seemed out of ordinary
but they detected arrythmia
they said while it is likely anxiety, they're still going to run blood tests and gave me meds for the pain

also when they were drawing blood for some reason it started leaking/spurting everywhere, it was an absolute bloodbath.

and that I should consult a cardiologist and/or physician asap and run other exams because the cluster of symptoms i described are still not normal/healthy.

false alarm i guess. sorry anons. thank you kindly.

I actually had to Google what the fuck you just said. I don't own one, where'd you pull that idea from? not shitting on you, just curious and confused

>>woke up with 120bpm heartrate resting, heart pounding

>measure blood pressure

Oh I don’t where I got that idea...

Well, exercising wouldn't go amiss. It's not about you not having the ideal looking body, it's about your cardiovascular health.

>be OP

>dreaming about having INTIMIATE sexks w crush
>heart races
>cum
>wake up

Sorry for hijacking this thread but if my uncle from my mothers side died of sudden heart attack at 20 years old, how likely am I to have same fate I'm 20 too?

>19 f
>those arms
??????????

>spurting/leaking
you either had an incompetent nurse or high blood pressure
it's not big deal

>like omg I had a heartattack xD
>ikr next to my bpd and other imagened disabilities I use as excuses it's pretty epic xD
>haha I'm so broken and special haha!

the internet has damaged the brains of you kids, I swear

you dont die from a "sudden heart attack," there is something wrong in the body that led to it. For you, if there was a history of heart problems you may have it.

thank you anons for calming my dumb ass down. im home now and just wanna sleep. doc recommended i get my thyroid functions tested and a "24h holter exam" in the future though.

sorry, mb, i didn't explain. bpm i figured it out by counting heartbeats in 15 seconds then multiplying by 4. blood pressure I actually went to a pharmacy.

I can't exercise precisely because my heart/jaw gets extremely tight and starts hurting like hell.
I do exercise to the extent I can (swimming, bicycle, etc), but it's nothing compared to other people and makes me feel like a tarded piece of shit.

>those arms
what do you mean? im guessing you mean they're hairy tho yeah, im a fucking ape.

>incompetent nurse or high blood pressure
yeah im not sure which, but the nurse was actually scolded, and she was a trainee

if the nurse was scolded, she was probably bad
did she fail to tourniquet your arm or something?
