When I was fresh our of school, I worked for a GenX woman project manager, a licensed Professional Civil Engineer,who really knew her shit. She laid pipe, anchored structures, cussed at operators, wore a safari hardhat, and built garages on weekends. Kinda cute, too.

My Mom is a very good electrical engineer, learned it from my grandfather who learned it from his great grandfather. The difference isn't gender, it's willingness to learn.
Most women don't need to learn shit except how to cook and suck cock, so they don't learn.
Currently I'm learning from her and taking an apprenticeship at the same time and it's unbelievably easy for me entirely thanks to her help and tutoring. Remember when you're knocking women in general you're knocking your mom too.

It's more of a societal and psychological problem. It's the very core foundation of ape society and instinct; everything that has evolved from apes will try to conform to what they perceive as the status quo, or at least find a comfortable position nearby.

Look at the older women in traditional communities: they can't succeed in the society by sex and companionship alone so they're required to be physically active and skilled in trades or else they die and the society goes with them. They help haul timber, they help in the fields, they take care of the children and aid the men as much as possible in the hard labor that female bodies cannot do. They're knowledgeable because it is the status quo of their female community in that society to pass down oral histories and useful knowledge due to men being more likely to die.

Now look at our current societies; overrun by decadence and hedonism. Women are encouraged constantly to be stupid sluts, they do not need to pass down any knowledge. They do not need to help the man's labor. They do not need to know politics, because they're unimportant to the running of society beyond being a hole.

Compare that to our farming, ranching, and Amish communities.

I feel like gender is absolutely related to willingness to learn. I've gone through a handful of workplaces in my career in research and the difference between women and men in a laboratory is like night and day. They seem to lack curiosity and are unwilling to learn new stuff so they easily flock towards safe, unimpactful shit and call it a day. I've learned that the lack of important women in science isn't because they can't get in, its because they mostly don't give a fuck about innovation.

We can see a glimpse of society if women did not exist. Just lads chilling and bantering, and humans progressing as a whole. We also see how women undermine our society now.

Because when you lower standards to let more of us in and pass, knowledge is destroyed.

I've been married for 20+ years and while I agree with you on it, I think the problem is that women shed the self importance much later than men. When I was in my 30s, I read tons of books, did whatever I could to become a better human, but my wife thought that she doesn't need that, she's doing her job and she's good enough so what for? It her her only in her forties, she started to read books, take up courses, eventually she became a somewhat successful writer and while at that, she started actually worrying about her life, her future, making backup plans. Only recently she started appreciating what I had to do to keep us afloat during the earlier years, and I can't blame her - she just didn't understand this layer of reality, at all.
