If I were you, I'd check what your state's laws are on recording others without their consent, before you admit you have her cheating on cam. I'd also check up on living clauses in your state, so you know you can legally do this. You don't want to have that bite you back later.
Honestly, I would just give her a deadline between 24-72 hours to be out of your house, and when asked, provide no further reasoning. Don't give her a platform to argue. She'll know she's caught. Huh the UK seems to have really lax laws about kicking out girlfriends. In the US you usually need to give 30 days notice to vacate. Not a lawyer though so check for your area.
