How do I get my hair to be messy but on purpose messy? Mine is either too slicked or a jungle. Do I, after washing, comb it and then make it a mess with my hands.

I wash my hair with whatever shampoo I got and then go around with wet hair until all the water dries. Then I spray a TINY bit of water with a very tiny little bit of salt and alcohol in it and let the hair get fake messy on its own

Grow it long of course, but you need to let the oils get in it. Wash your hair only twice a week or slightly less. Every time you shampoo it, it washes out all the oils and drys it and makes it frizzy. If you want it to be manageable and have that texture it needs oil.
Don't use a lot of shampoo. Just enough to clean it, and not a drop more.
