Happens here in New Orleans when there is a hurricane, etc. Whenever power goes out for more than 72 hours.. people need food/restock/overstock supplies. Cities are only capable of being sustainable for around 72 hours. No water/electricity/fuel and shit starts failing. Found niggers top off their cars before a hurricane. No more $5 fill ups.. have to film that empty tank. Gas stations city wide go empty before an incoming storm.

I am starting a community garden project and going to put in gosts and chickens on an empty green belt in a residental area.
