Yep, I can confirm this is exactly how I acted during my manic episodes. Racing thoughts all over the fucking place but you're happy and in a good mood most of the time so you don't care.
It is especially hard to deal with if you don't even know you have the disorder yet, it kind of just pops off all at once and you never felt like that before but you just think you are happy.
