File a report first, then confront her. I think the cops will instruct you not to talk with her before they manage to secure the evidence, but I'm not sure. In either case, I would leave this conversation for after filing the report. If you try to talk with her before, she will broke down crying and beg you not to report her and you will likely get emotionally manipulated into dropping the whole case.
