Not practically. The atmospheric pressure is massive, the atmosphere itself is toxic. With Venus, you need to remove a massive amount of atmosphere. With Mars, you just need to bring some in.

96% of the Venutian atmosphere is CO2. Once temperature hits 30 C, the CO2 liquifies and falks to the surface as “CO2 rain”. That gets you down from 95 bar to 76 bar. Further dropping the temperature to -60 C lets CO2 ultimate freeze out and fall down as “snow”. It gets you down to 7 bar. Ultimately at -80C you end up witha 2.5 bar atmosphere (70% nitrogen, rest is CO, CO2 and trace gases).
