The way our tax codes are written he is 100% correct. This is not a new phenomenon to the current presidential administration, but with all good things I am glad they are blaming him so at least something gets done to fix it.....however, I have to ask myself: Do I think the rich and powerful will allow their political puppets to change anything that benefits them moreso than any other class? If the democrats really want change, they will do it now while they know that they have the support of the people. I doubt they will.
