It's not just about testosterone though. There are a myriad of physical differences between male and female bodies that account for the 10% performance gap. Lowering your testosterone and adding in a bit of estrogen doesn't remove these advantages.

I train and compete in Jujutsu and I have a harder time sparring against literal boys than experienced females. It's not just that women are weaker and slower. They also lack somethig mentally that holds them back even further than just the physical. Maybe it is a lack of agression, maybe it is fear.
