After the UK planned to revoke her British citizenship, do you think America should follow suit?

I’ve seen an awful lot of tweets of condolense and support for these “lost refugees” from the hardcore left on twitter and not much talk of it here. It is a barebones issue simply summed up with “NO” or were these girls truly indoctrinated beyond their control?

It’s funny we act like women are equal in all mental facilities until the time comes where less than adequate brainpower is benefitial (aka I’m a helpless, dumb woman. I didnt know ISIS was so bad)

What’s your take, retards?

YES
not just for women, for anyone. you leave the West to join a terrorist group that wants to destroy the West? go directly to prison.

Fucking kill them both! Treason!

They should have revoked her oxygen supply not her fucking passport. She'll be given Swiss, German, Swedish or whatever citizenship and end up on a boat here.

Implying the Cucks will actual go through with it and not reinstate it because Muh diversity

also this

There's nothing they can do about these ISIS returnees because most of them don't have dual citizenship. In the case of the retard in the image to the right, Bangladesh disputed that she is a citizen of Bangladesh, thus this will mean her citizenship cannot be revoked and she cannot be deported to Bangladesh due to international law prohibiting nations from making people stateless.

There are plenty of instances where European countries try to deport terrorist back to their country of origin, only to be faced with the host country refusing to accept them back. Nobody wants these scumbags.

Kill them then. Problem solved.

Because killing them is a viable political solution in our day and age, thanks for the suggestion.

Was she raped by an ISIS fighter and had his kid?

This crisis exposes a flaw in most countries constitution, that prevent the government from revoking citizens of citizenship, even if they have a dual citizenship. Effectively meaning they're stuck with them.

She was married to an ISIS fighter whose now in a Belgian prison. She wasn't raped by anyone.

who's*

Why is this a debate?

Australia straight up revoked the citizenship of every faggot over there, if they're not dual citizens we just made them stateless. Why is it impossible for America and Europe to decide who enters their country?

Ah. Realistically she should just be sent back to Syria in a liberated area and assigned a new husband and raise the child normally.

You're completely wrong. Australia is a signatory of the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons, and the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness. When you sign a signatory, you make them apart of your internal laws.

Australia has signed up to both conventions. In doing so, it has committed to take specific steps to reduce statelessness. These include granting citizenship to people born in Australia who would otherwise be stateless, and refraining from depriving a person of their Australian citizenship where this would render them stateless.

I'm fully aware you have the case of Neil Prakash, an ISIS recruiter who made stateless, but he can simply take Australia to court and the decision to make him stateless would be rendered invalid.

don't care lol

We already did it. They can go to Sweden now.

who was made

>Taken to court by a mass murdering terrorists in a Syrian/Turkish prisons for eternity
Ok Sweden.

You tried and Tony Abbott was faced with a cabinet revolt when he attempted to make terrorists stateless. Your take on the issue just screams naivete and disillusion because you think you can just do whatever you want. That's not how political institutions work. And yes you ignoramus, a terrorist can take the government to court.

You're pathetic, continue living under the illusion that Australia is based when it's just as cucked as any other Western country.

You're pretty out of date with your news articles there.

Don't worry, they will end up in Sweden so you can ask them about it yourself.

It's good, but I don't understand why this one case has been made a big deal of.

There have already been loads of ISIS fighters that have come back here and they didn't revoke their citizenship. I think the only reason they did it with her is because she also has Bangladeshi citizenship, as it's illegal under (((international law))) to cause someone to have no nationality

lmao, fuckn salty sven over here lads

If ISIS shitholes are so good why doesn't she stay there??

they should defend themselves against assad, brits or not

>leave the West to join a terrorist group that wants to destroy the West? go directly to prison.
Prison?
>flag
Oh, right. The meme is real

You cant send them to Syria they'll have to be imprisoned in a western country. Sending to any middle eastern country would be an automatic death penatly in their court system

the west has thousands of isis supporters we should reduce the number not add to it, its that simple.

I'm going to start a military uprising in belgium, loose, and get a 'get out of prison' card, dream on

>After the UK planned to revoke her British citizenship, do you think America should follow suit?
There is a big chance that the courts will reverse that decision because making somebody stateless violates some form of international law. People argue 'it sets a bad precedent', blah blah blah.

Yes, the United States should definitely follow suite because if Britain violates international law blatantly, we'll get boycotted unless by some miracle countries like France and Germany followed us (which they wouldn't). If the US breaks international law blatantly, other countries will follow the US.

Let them burn in an airstrike. I hope their children die in front of them.

I spotted more things in common :D

>revoke citizenship
you fucking technocrat

Maddie is coming home.

>Maddie is coming home.
Dude she is dead her parents killed her

Britain revoking the citizenship and putting Javid up front as the face of it is just playing politics and

That's what the Portuguese want you to believe.

>After the UK planned to revoke her British citizenship, do you think America should follow suit?
What does that mean? She's going to get a citizenship of Istanbul. You can't revoke a citizenship from a person who only has one citizenship, but you can do so with dual citizens.

>Britain revoking the citizenship and putting Javid up front as the face of it is just playing politics
I know. It's impossible to be optimistic about this when, first of all, we haven't heard what the courts decision is, and most importantly because we should be revoking citizenship belonging to people named 'Javid' too.

and .... is just plain sophistry

Trudeau is writing her cheque for $10 million loonies

she's got nowhere else to go though, Sajid tried his hardest but his hands are tied. In these times, we've all forgotten what it's like to be human

Still doing this?

Just keep swaping nationality as it conveys you

>the brit one already saw two of her children dying
>doesn't give a fuck

Jesus christ, just let the kurds kill her and burry her in the desert or something

anybody who joind ISIS should die, that's this simple

We just don't give a fuck though. This is why you guys are cucked - what's agreed to in peace time, when we're thinking in terms of immigrants from civilised nations doesn't apply any more when the whole situation is different & literal enemies of the nation want to exploit the system. Fuck em, not our problem. We also lock "refugee" women and children in prison camps, and an awful lot of boats sadly sink themselves in the south China Sea lol. No. Fucks. Given. Get on our level Swedistan.

Oh, and here's a newer sauce: sbs.com.au/news/government-stands-by-decision-to-strip-prakash-of-australian-citizenship

By Leftist shill outlet SBS no less. Thank me later for educating you.

Not only should they be executed for being traitors, it should be done publicly to really send the message that this shit will not be tolerated.

>I’ve seen an awful lot of tweets of condolense and support for these “lost refugees” from the hardcore left on twitter
This is not a left or right wing issue. She was born in the UK. She is a British citizen and should be allowed to return. Whether or not the state then decides to criminally charge her it's a different matter.
The British government is behaving like a retarded child. The whole Brexit process has made our political elite delusional and they think international laws no longer applies to us.
Initially they claimed she was entitled to Bangladeshi citizenship so wouldn't be stateless, but Bangladesh has already denied that and said they will not give her citizenship just because her mother is from there.
Nobody disputes the fact she should be charged, what people are worried about it the dangerous precedent this will set. Right now this seems like a straightforward matter because this is related to terrorism, but imagine if countries around the world start adopting this stance for common criminals to.
>Mexican enters the US illegally
>commits a crime there
>when the US tries to deport him, the Mexican government revokes his citizenship and now the US is forever stuck with some stateless "ex-Mexican"
The only reason why this has been allowed to go on for so long is because she is in Syria which at the moment is essentially a failed state outside Damascus. Had it been a more stable government this would have resulted in a messy diplomatic row.

Attached: b2b[1].png (1090x820, 308K)

at the very minimum she should have been handed over to Assad and the Syrian government since she committed crimes there
idk why everyone is forgetting this

But if it were up to me she'd be publicly burned at the stake

Australian laws aren't subject to UN approval, Sven. Violating the convention to reduce statelessness isn't a legal argument.

To challenge the decision, he would need to prove that under Australian law he has no other citizenship. This is unlikely. While Fiji denies Prakash is eligible for citizenship, under a plain reading of Fijian citizenship Prakash is eligible. Fiji is just trying to give him the flick, too, but we did it first.

If you let em in, you have to try them for treason, so then you'll pay court fees along with there jail exspense. It's be ok if we had Labour camps, stick em in a chain gang and force them to work off there debt to society

We had the IRA, doesn't matter if there western or not. It's a fundamental principal

When can we stop paying these desert shiters child benefit? They literally believe you are paid to have a baby over here, which is why they have so many.

This. Shoulda sent her to the gallows.

Shot as they entered Syria, now we need 2 bullets

No. We should revoke her life.
