That last one on the weed is utter bull, i've seen my friends get dumber than a fucking rock after continuous use of weed, shit makes you stupid. Alcohol makes you stupid for acouple of hours, weed can make you stupid for days even weeks depending on your dependence on it.

Not sure. I think/hope he's waiting for the campaign to ramp up a little in order to take the wind out of the left's sails. He could also propose a law removing it from the controlled substances list, and then force Nancy to lead the Democrats in passing it.

I think the whole Controlled Substances Act should be tossed and redone. They shouldn't classify by exact chemicals but by classes of substances with similar effects.
