I have a challenge for /pol:
Name a succesful country in history that has had both 1. Majority black population, and 2. A black leader.
Protip: you can't.

Mali in the 14th century
Mansa Musa's Mali was a vast, successful empire that made Masna Musa the richest man who ever lived. The empire would later collapse into continued brake down and civil war until the time Europeans showed up and conquered the place.
The Kingdom of Benin
Jamaica maybe?
The Kushites of Sudan were a successful kangdom for thousands of years and even managed to conquer Egypt at one point.
Mansa Musa threw gold to poor people on his way to mecca, effectively wrecking local economies and setting africa hundreds of years back economically. I said succesful as a country, not a person.
The ancient kangdom of Axum located in modern day Ethiopia were relevant enough to have an alliance with the Sassanid Persians when they would repeatedly try and fail to conquer Yemen. The made a big stone pillar and got Ethiopia put into civ 5 for some reason.
The Land of Make Believe
I don't remember there being niggers in the land of make believe , I watched enough Mr. Rodgers to be confident in my statement
His Malian empire lasted for over a century and through trade domination and near monopoly of salt made that decadent pilgrimage successful.
They built actual temples and cities, and were so wealthy that they were half the reason why Europeans went on to conquer Africa, they thought there was just gold everywhere. There wasn't but there was Ivory, so they stayed.
There were black people in that show
So he was just succesful enough to screw the rest if africa over for centuries? *POP* noice.
well Mansa Musa didn't do that it was the guy after who dies without a clear heir.
you wouldn't call Rome a failure just because after they were gone there was a period of chaos, doing so for Mali is just as ludicrous
The land of make believe didn't have people , it had puppets, there were no black puppets
Also the period of war after the fall of the Malian empire was exacerbated by the different kingdoms selling their war captures to Europeans for use as slaves in exchange for guns and new European weapons that made war even more brutal and the amount of young men to recover society depleted. A similar event happened with the Iroquois in north America
I dont think it counts as a success if it only lasted 1 generation, though.
Must be remembering a different show then.
There were decades of empire before him, and many after. whole thing last for 200-400 years depending if you count the the fall of the empire as the end date or if you count the complete destruction as the end.
I know this isn't totally relevant, but Jeff Bezos was the first person to surpass his Mansa Musa's wealth. But he is far from it now cuz his wife got 70 billion in divorce settlements.
Holy shit. Did not know that
Because it's bullshit. Mansa musa was probably richer than Bezos, but Augustus was many times richer than both of them, owning literally all of Egypt and a third of the Roman economy.
The Kushan Kingdom, of antiquity of course
Isn't it kinda sad that out of all of human history, niggers have made maybe 2 marginally succesful countries?
There are the one's that were exterminated by the Bantu invasions, so there are many that are forever lost
