my first (and last, ever) relationship was with a woman who pretended to be everything I ever wanted, just so she could get pregnant and rinse me financially.

the beginning to the mid-point of the relationship was amazing. we were like best friends. we made plans. we were going to make a life together, even start our own business eventually. but first we wanted kids. and then we were going to build everything else around that.

as soon as she thought she was pregnant, she changed. I was no longer a partner, I was a workhorse, a financier. only, the things she wanted me to do weren't for the betterment of the family. they were for her. she wanted me to spoil her, I refused, told her we should save for our family. she wanted me to do everything she wanted me to do, she could never argue with me when I said no because she knew the points I raised were legitimate. she cheated. she gave me chlamydia and warts. (I've never caught anything from anyone before, and I used to be extremely promiscuous, sod's law I guess).

eventually when she realised I wasn't going to play ball she started giving me ultimatums like she's going to have my child and she'll let me see him once a week, every saturday, I can pick him / her up via a taxi and return them the same way the next day. at this point I just cut off emotionally completely and refused to do anything for her whatsoever. I will not be controlled.

she gave up, she got desperate. she tried appealing to my lack of sensitivities. she blasted me with messages one night telling me she miscarried. including close up photos of the mess in the toilet. then she sent me photos of her self harming, fresh, that very night. I rose above all of it. she knew she had no control over me. she ended the relationship (I was only still in it because of the supposed pregnancy, out of duty - and I hadn't found out she cheated yet) and within two days of ending it, she was in another relationship. I knew who he was, he was a mummy's boy, thoroughly controllable. she targeted him specifically because he was so malleable. it didn't work out though. this is when I found out I had warts and chlamydia. I texted her about it, she was lying in bed with him. she'd already fucked him. she was calling me a liar telling me I must've gotten it from someone else, I hadn't fucked anyone else. not even for months before her. so the time frame was impossible. t was 100000% her. I did my duty, I took her to the clinic to get checked and treated (I'd already been), she blamed the whole thing on me. the nurse / doctor was extremely unprofessional saying boys lie, girls cry, stuff like that. obviously she made out that she got whatever it was from me when she knew full well that wasn't the case (very dangerous). the entire time we were in the waiting room she was playing mindgames with me. showing me photos of her and her new boyfriend. I didn't care though, I just wanted rid of her. she was getting desperate, even saying things like "what would you do if they told me I'm pregnant" - I was like "you see the balcony right there? I'd jump from it" - waiting room was packed too. everyone heard.

turns out, she got with another dude after the one she was with after me wouldn't speak to her again. and guess what. she got pregnant pretty quickly, only she actually had the child this time round. she ended the relationship once the child was born and she had her own place too. so the dad is in the same boat I was. she was obviously searching for an easy target she could drag along with a kid for the sake of having a workhorse and a financier. I've heard she parties in that house with the kid upstairs. taking allsorts of drugs and letting anyone and everyone in the house too.
