I'm talking about basic levels of tax and basic levels of social support, all of which exist in every single Western developed country. You must be massively retarded if you don't think this is the case. A good way of spending this money is in poverty prevention and alleviation. Which i completely agree with you, I understand that there are an immense amount of "normal" blacks but I grew up and lived in the south and seen what the communities have became. I know it is an issue, im trying to find a solution, i know the government set them back with the introduction of many drugs and policies that hinder the black community.
