That's quiet money. Vanguard is HQ'd in Malvern. Chester County is one of the richest county's in the country but without the national recognition that other old money/white flight counties have regarding NY or LA.
There used to be train service to Coatesville. Then the steel mills went away, the city became more diverse as Coatesville became little philly, suddenly the train service stopped going that far west. because the Old Money didn't want it anymore.
