I noticed after weight lifting I manage to increase my T levels by around +100 ng/dL. They're still low relative to my age group's average but it's better than what I had before. And I still have erectile dysfunction with decreased libido.
about 8 months ago I had a terrible time waking up, and I had almost no energy at all. I was physically and mentally tired often. I didn't want to do anything but sit in my room and jerk off and play video games all day. (which is what i usually did).
I got my testosterone checked, and the level was.... 4. yes, 4 mg/dl. For a 21 year old male like me, the level should be about 800.
My prolactin was excessively high, about 23, which should be less than 1 in males. Too much prolactin can decrease testosterone production.
I think the problem was jerking off too much. I was excessively masturbating, which increases your prolactin levels.
Anyway I got prescribed testosterone as well as a prolactin inhibiting pill (or dopamine agonist since they are directly related). I took these for like 5 months, sometimes taking both the pill and the T, sometimes taking neither.
I am off both now for about 2 months and I feel great. My T levels when i was only taking the testosterone was about 900, and my prolactin levels were 0.1, so i decided to stop treatment. I have stopped jerking off and looking at porn, which was probably the main culprit.

Anecdotally I think there is something serious going on. I was a healthnut vegan faggot for 5 years, sourced everything, ate very clean no store bought processed foods. When I switch back to omni I started eating everything, fast foods that I couldnt eat for years, cheap meats, cookies etc but basically what would be a normal diet. My estrogen went through the roof, couldn't get through even slightly sad scene in a movie without bawling. I bought some game meat from a friend, avoid plastics around food/water as much as possible, organic milk and am much better now. If 6 months of a "normal" diet fucked with my hormones like that, can't imagine what its doing to dudes.

How often do you exercise? I was similar until I started going for walks, then jogs, then runs. It took nearly a month to see any real bemefit but now I'm two months in and can easily knock out a 10k run 3 times a week and feel much better in my general demeanor, confidence and Outlook. I alas lost weight and sleep much better now and all my joints feel better, I used to get bad headaches 3 or 4 times a week and was always poping paij killers. Not had a headache or joint ache for over month.
My genuine advice is if you are unhappy about something, go for a jog. At best you find you enjoy it and you start down the path to the benefits I mention above.
At worst you waste 20 minutes and get a bit of fresh air. But I guarantee after your first time doing even a 5k after sitting on your ass and not letting your body do shat it was designed to do, will feel like a new man.

Here's how to have higher testosterone.
Diet: Don't skip cholesterol. Animal fats, egg yolks, etc. Cholesterol is literally a sterol. It will help your body make testosterone. Eat broccoli or other cruciferous vegetables in order to reduce excess estrogen in your body.
Exercise: The more muscle you have on your body, the more test you will produce. Lift heavy 3 times per week with compund lifts such as deadlift, squat and bench. For running stick to short distances like interval training for test increases. However, long distance marathon running type workouts will actually hurt test production. Try running at least twice a week. Dedicate more hours to sleep. 7-8 hrs.
Supplements: Zinc/Magnesium are pretty important. If you aren't out in the sun enough, vitamin d. Some research says it's good and some say its just neutral. Also stay away from the supplement store 'test boosters'
My total test is low but my free test is above average. Either way if those numbers are above the low cutoff range the docs wont do anything about it since the lab values are technically "normal"

Lifestyle Changes: Excess alcohol consumption decreases testosterone. Beer has phtyoestrogens. Stay away from it. Also minimize your use of plastics. Use glassware to store you food. Don't drink out of plastic bottles. Especially don't eat things that require the heating of plastic in the microwave. Most scented shampoos/deoderants/perfumes have industrial chemicals that are endocrine disrupters. Look for natural alternatives without the chemicals.

Try exercising. I thought I had low T when I was 25, went to an endocrinologist, levels were better than the norm. Weightlifting is a great way to produce testosterone. Also diet matters a lot: cut out sugars, consume amino acids. Do the keto bullshit if you have to.

There is no way I would take testosterone without professional oversight. But the problem is doctors will not diagnose or treat low testosterone unless your labs show levels below the normal range which extends down to 80 year old with shriveled up balls kind of level.

I will be honest, even though I work a physically demanding trades job, I have been doing a poor job keeping a good exercise routine when work is slow. It used to be much better but my energy levels are so low it's getting difficult for me to even do paperwork. I naturally have very little body fat and don't suffer from joint pain. Nonsmoker, almost never consume alcohol. My diet isn't strict but I consume very little sugar or junk food and almost no fast food. I do love bread and pasta and fear what keto people have been telling me.

Second, I was having problems with injuries that wouldn't heal. I asked a bodybuilder friend of mine about it, because I couldn't imagine me doing that sort of strenuous activity without collecting injuries. He said he was certain it was my diet that was hindering my ability to heal. Said I needed more protein. I halved my carb intake and started eating more protein and I started healing again.
