No ameritard it was fought to tryout proxy wars and PMCs which worked splendid so much so that it's the reason every other country is destabilized.

To expend munitions so that more tax money would go to government military-industrial cronies and something something communism.

There are no good guys, only those who have the might to make right. The ear was a waste of effort to contain a conflict that probably would have happened regardless of whether or not communism existed.

mcnamara saw a proxy war with communism
turned out he was wrong

*your

Learn how to properly speak your own language you inbred retard

France lied
Americans died

You forgot a comma you, you stupid nigger.

-you, but i am drunk as fuck lolololol

And your a kraut lost twice and now are being erased from history. Your a joke dude.

They are pretty weak since they have never fought a decisive war. They got their independence during a skirmish between great powers and that's it.

>France lied
?

False flag and that isn't even a meme.
The Vietnamese even offered basically becoming USA 2.0 with a constitution to match and everything and the retards still fucking said no.

Seriously, every "think tank" and the like in the USA is fucking cancer

american die in the middle east
>fucking goy slaves reeeeee! Enjoy dying for israel!!!!!!
American soldier dies in east asia
>so brave, he dyied so we all could lie free. Press F to pay respects
I thought we jews were supposed to be two faced. You nadis give us a run for your money

Domino theory. We feared that if Vietnam became fully communist it would spread to the other minor countries surrounding China and Russia, turning Eurasia into a gigantic land mass of gommunism :DDD.

Or at least, that's what they taught us at school

Redpill: Ho Chi Minh wanted help from the US and looked up to FDR as a mentor, but since the Soviets were the only ones willing to help him gain independence from the French he sided with them instead, and the US ended up propping up dictators many times worse than Ho Chi Minh himself.

Honestly though, the US had its hands tied. In the 50s and 60s if the US had not maintained geopolitical stance with France, De Gaulle wouldn't have joined NATO.

JewSA has always been israels attack dog

They're not sending their best.

That picture just makes it look like cool super pirates or something.

It was a mess. War is always a profit center for jews, but starting a fresh one is SO much work.

Vietnam happened because the jews had to try 10 times to pull war-weary America into a war after Korea, and the jews could not simply produce a false flag on American soil. They tried the USS Liberty, Bay of Pigs, like 4 separate false flags inside Israel, and a half-dozen other murders of US Citizens and troops abroad. Finally, the Gulf on Tonkin worked.

The jews fixed this by 9/11, and now, wars never end thanks to the open end, blank check from congress with the "global war on terrorism". Now they don't need to worry about public approval or owning every last member of Congress to get their next war, nor do they need to worry about said war ever ending.

fun enough, Gulf of Tonkin actually was an attack by the N Vietnamese on the American ships.

it's moreso to turn vietnam into an american puppet state and station military bases for geopolitical gain.

Makes sense to me

it was the prototypical neocon war. too bad it didn't kill more boomers.

Here, this for you, Mr. Hasabra.

The cia have released documents stating it was a false flag to enter the war.

>Aren't America supposed to be the "good goys?"

what does that have to do with the Gulf of Tonkin being a false flag, you retarded bucktoothed nativenigger?

The only good thing about Vietnam is the aesthetics

Attached: 1550687698168.jpg (2000x1414, 2.1M)

The Vietnam war happened because of domino theory. Which was at least partially correct.

America was worried that France would fall into communism, which they very nearly did.
America decided that the best way to prevent this is by bringing in money. Easiest way to do that they thought was to reestablish the french empire, ie colonies. Bringing in money by abusing the locals.

America then misunderstood that while Ho Chi Minh was a Leninist he was a nationalist first.

America then paid for the french to fight the Vietnamese who formed around the storngest grouo, which promptly turned on the other groups and eliminated them.

The VC weren't communists, they were nationalists.
The Tet offensive was designed by the communists to destroy the VC while bringing down American moral.

The problem is that once you start hunting for insurgents hiding in the population inevitability you war grows to being against the local population. At that point either get into genocide or get out.

I don't even think the Gulf of Tonkin incident was a false flag, I think it was literally caused by overeager sailors and a thunderstorm.

Sometimes, shit happens.

>Boomer meme sponsored by monster zero and hot pocket brand microwaveable meals.

I bet you don’t even believe in ufo’s either huh faggot.

Boomers

>why did Vietnam happen
many reasons, CIA wanted to control the largest drug producer (at the time), kikes needed a dumb war to push their hippie mind virus and also get the establishment cucks to double down on retarded MIC jingoism, global ZOG needed proxy wars to push globalism onto the disinterested third world savages, and the jews wanted to bomb the shit out of Southeast Asia which had largely aligned with the axis during ww2.

people also forget: even during the french colonial war in 'nam, the US supported the fuck out of them with air logistics. US DC3s were their lifeline.

The US was involved over there practically since day 1.

CIA went in and assassinated Diem, even though he wasn't a communist he was still a shit head and they wanted to play king maker with somebody else, but instead of turning over power to someone competent they did the usual u.s coup d'etat policy of leaving a vacuous hole in southern Vietnam.

>the official explanations are all totally true goy and there was no false flag either
Fucking kek.

Think about the kind of wars that have been faught post WW2, it's mostly us just beating up on countries that aren't aren't aligned with the 1st or 2nd world. I think these kind of wars happen for economic reasons

The better question is:

>why did the worlds greatest army (at that time) lose to a bunch of starving farmers armed with rusted AKs and pitchforks?

Attached: 1533028576130.jpg (495x480, 28K)

>how did the world’s greatest army lose
The war wasn’t really a war, it was a scripted event that was manufactured by ZOG to plunder Southeast Asia and the US taxpayers, and to synthesize the post-modern New Left.

>Aren't America supposed to be the "good guys?"
Who the fuck said that lmao, we just want you to buy our stuff

Because we weren't trying to win
We would have went with the Eternal Anglo strategy, if we really wanted to win

we killed 5% of the population of their entire country with losses around 65k men, 200k wounded. Millions and millions of the zipperhead slants died.

The problem in 'nam was it was an occupation operation, not a traditional war like WW2. The enemy was poorly defined and often just a bunch of locals.

By the numbers though it was a fucking slaughter, and could have been many times worse with looser ROE.

Fuck America. You guys are trying to do the same thing to Venezuela that you did to us then. You never learn your lesson. War is in your blood.

Sure is, don't forget it bugman
Anglo men are biologically inclined to conquer inferior races

Good commie is a dead one

We WERE the good guys.
The villagers were all a bunch of communist faggots like you.
That's why we shot them.

I am too, anti-gun control.

You are correct. The French made promises in WWII, but they told him to fuck off after it was over. The US should've intervened in that. It's all in hindsight, but we were cleaning up someone else's mess.

France couldn't finish the job and America had to fight with both hands tied behind their backs while the hippys constantly protested.

FDR was just as Communist as Lenin

Ties to the French....

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulf_of_Tonkin_incident
First incident: Americans initiated the fighting while near Vietnam--Vietnam was simply patrolling their shores and defending themselves from an attack by aggressive barbarians with no sense of decency (aka the Americans).
>On August 2, 1964, the destroyer USS Maddox, while performing a signals intelligence patrol as part of DESOTO operations, was pursued by three North Vietnamese Navy torpedo boats of the 135th Torpedo Squadron.
>Maddox fired three warning shots and the North Vietnamese boats then attacked with torpedoes and machine gun fire.
>One U.S. aircraft was damaged, three North Vietnamese torpedo boats were damaged, and four North Vietnamese sailors were killed, with six more wounded. There were no U.S. casualties. Maddox "was unscathed except for a single bullet hole from a Vietnamese machine gun round."

Second incident, the Americans made it up:
>In 2005, an internal National Security Agency historical study was declassified; it concluded that Maddox had engaged the North Vietnamese Navy on August 2, but that there were no North Vietnamese naval vessels present during the incident of August 4.

Every war is based on lies and falsehoods.

Vietnam was justified
