Demographics are a factor, but they are not 100% of the IQ drop. There is a real dysgenic effect on IQ happening right now across all races, and OP is correct that it is driven by sexual selection. Ron Unz has a good article about this, it does the math to separate how much IQ drop comes from changing demographics versus how much IQ drop is not demographic in origin.
