Not from a logistics standpoint. Vietnam had borders with 2 main supporters. Aside from bolivia Venezuela has no supporters in close range. Support must come by Air or Sea. And the main support is far away (russia, maybe china, turkey & iran) Cuba could help them, but they dont have much to help them other than being an outpost.
