short answer: family reunion.
long answer: family reunion for families after sep. 2015 is 12k/year for the time being (will be overturned soon, I promised). but much more interesting is the family reunion for those hundreds of thousands that came in the time frame june 2011 to aug 2015. within those 4 years Germany already saw an immigration of roughly 400 000 ppl from muslim majority countries/black africa and they all have 4-5 family members (just like the turks in the 1960s) ready to be reunited - ofc in Germany!
