I'm in unicorporated Saint Charles county. Clayton, Ladue, Frontanac, Brentwood, Chestfield, Wildwood are all fine areas and aren't changing anytime soon.

Fenton is going to be a good spot to look at if you want property in the stl county area. St Charles county is very reasonable as well, but I dont much care for it area. Starting to stretch the 20 mile commute thing though.
