I read an article from the intercept saying its going up in flames just 50 days in, he's fighting with his VP who's undercutting him and it is chaotic with the dam disaster, is that what's going on?

"Going up in flames" is more like what they want to be happening than what is actually going on. Situation is more complex than that.

Those are all real problems but "going up in flames" is not a fair description of things. He got a major victory in a recent election for president of our Senate, ousting a huge ally of the Worker's Party, his Minister of Justice has proposed a major crime-fighting bill that's been a success with his base and he is probably going to pass a decent pension reform bill.

His own problems are due to his worldview being shaped by neoconservatism. He is a major Zionist to the point where he may sabotage our relations with Arab countries for Israel's sake.
