108-113 is not the IQ of an intelligent person. I understand that is the average for Ashkenazi Jews, but it still translates to the average Ashkenazi Jew is not intelligent. A fair cutoff is about 120. I don't know the gradient of the decline after the average, but it's still safe to say the majority of Jews are not intelligent.
