The problem is you. You hate a child, not even a teenager. Feed the fucking dog yourself if it's so important. At the end of the day you agreed to raise someone else's kid who more than likely resents you so keep out of his way until he matures enough to realise you gave him the space he required and appriciate you for it. Take my advice, as i am in a similar role. Get a place where you can keep your lives as separate as possible. Rent a home with both upstairs and downstairs living spaces. You and mom stay in one area, the child has his own domain in the other. It costs more, but you chose this life. Incur the costs of making it tolerable. Trust me, it is well worth it. Practice no discipline, or any interaction at all to the step child if possible. That is completely Mom's prerogative. You will occasionally hear loud altercations, as pubescent boys can not respect mothers without their fathers. Pay no mind. That's mom's price to pay for being a whore. The only time it should be necessary to discipline, is if the kid is vandalizing things or otherwise depriving you of material resources, or actually harming mom. Then lay down the law hard enough that they won't consider pissing you off again. Should only take once. If the real father is still in the picture, make him provide all food and sustenance for the child. Meals can then be totally separate, as mom will only be able to select from the resources provided by dad to prepare for the kid at meal time. I don't even see or interact with my stepchild, often for weeks at a time, and i guarantee we both prefer it that way. Once the kid comes of age, send it on its way. Make mom understand from early on that you will not continue to provide free housing for another adult that has no relation to you.
The kid isn't the problem here, the truth of the matter is you are. You are not his father your literally a random guy fucking his whore of a mother, the absolute best thing you could do is leave them to it, the fact you have not mentioned your child shows that she will not let you put a child in her, she is only there for a roof over HER childs head and that's why she opens her legs to you once a week.
