I’m on a saving plan to have my own house before I’m even 28, the problem is most millennials have fallen for the college and IT meme and can’t get a jap that pays well because theyve become a dime a dozen and are being replaced by poos and chinks. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that house's price. That's just the market speaking. It's Palo Alto, anyway. The closer you are to tech centers, the more insane the housing market is.

Well also alot of millennials are single, so they really don't need a house. I think it might get worse with my generation, Gen Z. It might be either they don't know buying a house is better, since the money you put in isn't lost. 30 years of rent at $500 a month equates to $180k, so I guess my generation isn't that financially literate. Also in many areas, housing is outrageously expensive, so if you don't have to live in a big city, consider moving to a smaller city or town. Much cheaper and you get a much better house for the price
