Employer rights

An employer should be able to sue an employee who quits at a bad time or is fired, as to recover undeserved wages retroactively.

Attached: 1551188788599815.png (375x523, 284K)

No.

"no"

If they have an employment contract that stipulates that, sure. Most people don't though.

This scares the majority, couldn't happen

Retroactive pay reductions are necessary too. If an employee negotiates an undeserved high wage, they should have to pay back the difference.

The majority should be scared. Don't fuck with your employer. Be grateful you even have a job.

Do you want communism to happen? Because that is how you get communism to happen.

>be employer
>be a shit employer
>get work done by workers
>fire people arbitrairly, sue for wages back
>profit
>every employer does it
>workers decide to gas you instead of blindly following the mantras of "markets will fix it"

Honestly cant tell if bait. Be grateful you have employees, faggot.

Yeah ok, this is obvious commie bait at this point

you're fucking retarded and thankfully you have absolutely no influence in that arena of reality

Why don't you just openly support serfdom and peonage instead of being deceptive like this.

Jewish fuck, do the work all yourself if your that greedy

Pfff ok. This is why you have police. Just kill the communists.

2/10 bait

Yes spend more money in a lawsuit so that you can get less money than what the lawsuit cost because that's good business.

No. They are a drain on profits. They need to do the work and be happy they even get paid at all. If they don't like it, or are shitty, I can replace them. If course, even this process can be expensive. This it why I should be able to sue them.

You're a drain on our IQs, we should be able to sue you for posting such weak bait

Get lost with this. I'm Anglo.

It's not bait. I'm dealing with this situation presently. It sucks.

Then get off your lazy ass and start working. What are you, a fucking cripple? Degenerate fuck

Work for your profits you lazy greedy asshole, you must be a boomer

that would be quasi slavery.....

I am the employer. I shouldn't have to work. That is the point, idiot.

Okay but at-will employment should also be banned and employees have mandatory collective representation under contract so workers cannot be fired without cause. Employment commitments must be a two-way street.

>If an employee negotiates an undeserved high wage, they should have to pay back the difference.
Why did you agree to pay that wage without testing the employee's capabilities? All interactions carry risk, so if you want to mitigate that risk, put it in the contract. Don't whine about it after the fact.

Sure, but only if the reverse is true and you can be sued for firing an employee at a bad time. Sounds fair to me.

FUCK NO.
I took on the risk of being an entrepreneur. I get deference in this situation. Workers submit or go to hell. You commies need to die.

>I took on the risk of gifting some rich fund mangers or a getting a bank loan and filing an s-corp so if shit ever hits the fan none of my personal assets are liable
You didn't risk SHIT.

>get fired from my 12 dollar per hour factory job
>barely able to keep apartment
>get sued in court and lose
>go to company main office and fix the problem with my Maverick 12 gauge
>an hero

>employee negotiates high wage
>employer agrees
>"undeserved"

We don't deserve having you waste energy and oxygen, but your mother agreed not to swallow, so here we are.

>you better be a slave for us and pay us money if you quit.
lol great idea to make sure no one competent would ever work for you. The only contracts remotely like that are signing bonuses that you have to return if you quit too soon.

Don't take on the risk if your not willing to lose |>).
Prove that you even have a business.

>this much of a bootlicker
what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Attached: 1538404718027.jpg (720x545, 63K)

>claims to be a risk taker
>demands no risk from employees
Part of the risk is you're such a shit employer turnover bankrupts you.

Attached: beaver ambition.png (1802x1404, 817K)

Opposite of hero.

Piece of shit with Hillary voting relatives he's too cowardly to confront about making his wages low.

Kill yourself instead, coward.

you do not have the right to obtain something because of inaction on my part.
>kinda what the whole bill of rights is about.
AN EMPLOYER DOES have the right to keep several reserve staffing, in the case of unforseen events such as no-call no-show.......

>sue an employee who quits at a bad time or is fired
HAHAHAHAHAHA
Alright, then I get to sue the employer who hired me as a "temp to hire", never went full prem, kept me as a temp, then fired me when they automated my job. Two way street.

Gas yourself

Based

see and this is a good coun ter argument.

>if its based in personal history, then i feel for ya bro, cant hold these things against them, ya know?

>>Okay but at-will employment should also be banned and employees have mandatory collective representation under contract so workers cannot be fired without cause. Employment commitments must be a two-way street.
This is a millenial attitude, they think they should be running the show on day one with a salary commensurate with their delusions of grandeur of their own greatness. And they should NEVER have to deal with pesky, insignificant shit like personal responsibility, accountability, or the consequences of their own actions. They should automatically be hired (they applied goddamn it, how DARE you not immediately hire them at 40.00 an hour like they KNOW they deserve because they're so fucking awesome). On the bottom of every application there should be a disclaimer allowing them to absolve themselves of all blame for everything ever.

nah, you don't understand the smallest aspect of managing.

>or is fired

really?

No. That is called "the cost of doing business", you uneducated mutt-bag.

Because that shit is not enforceable in a court of law. Most of these "employment contracts" directly contravene the regulations that are currently on the books.

Consequenses of actions like hiring shit people withot vetting them them giving them raises, the going bankrupt?

>I am the employer. I shouldn't have to work. That is the point, idiot.
Enjoy your liquidation. I run a small business and I treat my employee/contractors well. Better (much better) than industry average.

I have never once had an employer honor their commitment to me. Another cunt hired me for "starting part time but going to 40-50 hours a week by [3 weeks later]" and by 10 weeks later I was getting 15 hours a week and fucking quit.
Can I sue her for lost wages?
Two. Way. Street. Employers never, ever stop fucking over their employees with absolute duper's delight GLEE every chance they get. They don't even do it for profit, just to fuck you over because they can.
If everyone could sue everyone easy-peasy for this breech of contract (reminder: oral contracts ARE valid contracts) we'd have a much more polite society. I'd also be getting about 60 grand by now from suing these lying ass jew ass cunts.
Another employer tried to short me an entire day of pay the second week I worked there. Walked into their office and pointed the error out and had them cut me the check. They didn't pull that shit again. An older employee there said they did that shit all the time and she had to log all her hours and math it out every week.
He who lives in a glass house oughtn't throw stones at his neighbors.

>hire employee
>fire employee same day
>sue him and get his stuff
>do this 100 times a day
>millionaire in a week
>mfw my company doesnt even do anything just hires people to fire them to sue them
>tfw genius

You probably blame raped girls for their rape because of their clothes huh buddy?

10/10 post. my sides literally hurt

It's almost as if we need such regulations to prevent sociopaths like OP from flooding the labor market with their gay slave contracts and then grinning and saying "its the market, bruh".

>be b**mer
>graduate high school
>get job making cash hand over fist for life with 2 phonecalls and a handshake
>can pay for a house and two cars off the bat
>be mil
>get goaded into completing college at your own cost, spend months and months hunting jobs, jump through five hoops of fire and do a backbend to get hired
>get paid enough to afford a spare bedroom in a crackden and survive on ramen and eggs, still have to figure out how to pay off five figures of debt on that wage
>get called entitled for complaining
Day of the pillow soon. I hope you enjoy your nursing home staffed with vibrant diversity hires. I've personally worked in one and witnessed the abuse. Enjoy!

Because being the victim of a violent crime is exactly like mismanaging a business, right? Fuck off.

>Can I sue her for lost wages?
Did you get any of that in writing tough guy or am I supposed to believe whatever you say? (not going to happen there exist three classes of people I always ignore ex-lovers, disgruntled employees, and politicians).

and you mutts are astonished that noone is taking your fake country seriously ...

>implying a sociopathic boomer tripping on his own deluded sense of power from fucking over broke young people just trying to pay rent would know enough contract law to understand that
I really should have been a lawyer. Imagine the shit eating grin taking these niggerboomerfucks to court and winning and watching them pay out the nose and cry how entitled young people are nowadays. I could masturbate to that thought.

Oral contract is valid contract, and either way I have the email records.
You've never read a law code in your life and you're here talking shit.

Oh, so you're Shabbos prime

A man can only stand so much, OP. You'd be wise to remember that.

Worked in 1917!

JIDF please leave

Get a load of this kike

Best case for OP is bankruptcy. Worst case is ending up involuntairly felating the barrel of a Mossberg 500

>you should be obligated to a company after you quit
"No"

Nah, fuck that.
Employers already have enough power over employees. What you are suggesting is an out for poor management. You're obviously not keeping your workplace in order if these problems happen to you. A problem employee should have been identified and given warning before you fire them followed by you making good on your warning. Part of the reason for the warning is so that you can identify if your employees is having problems in their life causing performance to fall.
Managing employees is babysitting. There is no escaping that beyond getting extremely lucky with the people you hire.
Learn to deal with it or step down. You're not entitled to lead. Leaders are born, not made.

>being this new

>Work part time for 1.5 years at a cafe
>Get better offers else where but really like the direct managers and staff
>However, I really need all I can get
>Inform general manager of the situation and tell him that if I can get even a 50c raise it'd be enough for me to tell all the other offers "no"
>Get absolutely shit on by someone I considered a friend
>Comes at me with false information, accusations, and says that in the future if I do better (I'm generally considered one of the best employees) I can maybe get 25c
>Go in next day
>He took off right before my shift so I have to deal with his brother who heard the conversation
>Hand him my 2 weeks and tell him if I see his retarded jarhead brother I'm kicking his ass
>Week later run into his brother who informs me that it was his district manager dictating him word for word via standing next to him exactly what to say to me
>Apologizes profusely and simply said "It's either I said exactly what she wanted me to or it's my ass"
>Understandable but still salt inducing
>He puts me and 3 others in for 25-50c raises because we deserved them
>Cancel my 2 weeks notice
>3 months later none of us have our raises
>"Oh the accounting department is so shit" - District manager 2018
>6 months total go by by and no raises
>"SORRY I FORGOT TO RUBBER STAMP THEM" - District manager 2019

Yeah then they wonder why employee turnover is literally 3 months.

>taking a counteroffer

Rookie mistake

The counter offer was for me to fuck off. He put us in for the raises anyways because he thought his boss's behavior was absolute bullshit.

Beginner's mistake. All managers are lying manipulative assholes even if they pretend to be your friend. Never trust anyone. Not your coworkers, not your boss, not your manager, not the HR lady who seems cool. They're all a pack of dicks waiting to fuck you over.
"The meek shall inherit the earth" my left ball.
Anyway, you gotta make all the mistakes once to learn them, but when you do don't make them a second time.

Reduce working conditions to the 19th century standard and the workers will see why Communism was a thing in the first place.
I'm all for opposing gun control and dismantling the welfare state. Literally the best two things the Right could do to aid the growth of socialism.

Fuck off Mike

What is a non-competition agreement?

I need a loan for my business. But cant get one. I pay my one employee 25/hr plus tips.

Fuck you

>Managing employees is babysitting.
No. We're adults here. Do your job, or fuck you.

Die commie

A destroyed life is a destroyed life someone pays dearly in both those scenarios, besides I think rape is worse for males they aren't physiologically designed for penetration...

>An employer should be able to sue an employee who was fired, as to recover undeserved wages retroactively.

No. You're a business owner. Lazy Gen Z fuck

> Business owner
> Gen Z

Pick one

JEW

Lol Boomer cuck. My main issue with management at my work is their failure to follow basic labour laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act. Do 5 seconds of research before trying to start a business and losing your ass because you don't know basic laws that are taught in HS. KYS Commie

Nope, I'm Anglo and Christian. Get fucked.

Clearly some spoiled Tid Pod eating Gen Z kike who had mommy and daddy give them their trust fund money. Gen Z and Boomers act the same, that's why they hate each other so hard

Dirty kike

>somebody being a shit businessperson is exactly like getting raped

Kill yourself

Checked

>I need a loan for my business. But cant get one.
Your bank is sending you a big hint m8
Start figuring out your exit strategy unless you can figure out how to turn things around fast

I'm going to go work across the street so I can get paid to watch your business go to shit and you lose all your money. Get rekt.

Most employers require that you give at least 2 weeks notice before quitting your job. If you try to quit earlier, I'm sure there's some harsh penalties.

>Hiring a lawyer to sue someone for a couple days of lost work instead of asking other employees to fill
Are you retarded or do you not know how to maths?

This has to be bait. The "quit at a bad time" is the flip side of the "at will" arrangement which so frequently favors the employer.

Literally nothing happens, best they can do is tell others you did that

100% OP is a commie larping as a caricature of a business owner in order to piss off workers

fuck you. right to work gives them the right to fire me for whatever reason. I should be able to quit whenever the fuck I want. That's the price you pay for not having a union.

>boo hoo!! I treat my employees like shit. why the fuck they leaving?! I want muh money back!! REEEEE

ironically a labor union would fix this because the union would have more pull to incentivize the employee to stay. But you got rid of public unions with your vote so suck it up buttercup.
