I found it strange that he repeatedly mentioned Trump never expected to win the election, but then persisted with the rumor about Trump colluding with Russia despite not having any evidence for it. Trump was saying that because he wasn't involved with rigging the election at all. It couldn't have worked if Trump knew about it. Russia saw the election as a way to destroy the US from the inside out, by forcing the experienced politician to lose and the court jester to win. Rome began to crack in the exact same way, by putting morons at the wheel. It's all downhill from here.
