I remember there was one helicopter with some mercenary guys and then there was video of them landing and getting into pick up trucks (that had like police lights, contractors can have those too)

infact even one of paddock's minivans possibly had the police lights because he might have worked with foreign dignitaries

the video has been quite effectively scrubbed from the internet which leads me to believe it is important.
the implication of the video is that they were in the air during the event and then they're landing at an air strip nearby getting into trucks. i don't think they were LVMPD, they looked more like delta type guys

I could see them being the blue team while the guys who shot from Paddock's room were the red team
