Mexico has an “upper crust” referred to as “Rabi Blancos” who literally view our country as a sort of “Country Club” and are welcome everywhere here and you wouldn’t know if you were standing next to them. To them the whole border question is a joke. They are welcome to come and go as they please and have family as citizens in both countries. So he is correct. Their upper crust participate in both economies and it is a drain on theirs. They are few but very wealthy.

Mexico still has traditional mexican culture everywhere. USA does not.
