This is a convoluted way of describing the simulation theory.
Basically she's saying that we're in a simulation. As a practical matter, our experience is rapidly accelerated relative "time" in the host world, which itself is vastly more probably itself a simulation, and so on.
Such that many simulated universes (approaching infinity) are all running both full simulations, but another near infinity simulations, near infinity layers deep, in roughly "no" time at all.
The implication is that you will/can live countless lives before time "expires" in the ultimate base universe within which all the other simulations are ultimately running (since in that reality a single second can go by and near infinity simulations can run the courses of entire Universes), and so on, for every second hence.
