There was a drought for over a decade (I think). It officially ended a couple of years ago but things are still pretty fucking dry.

From San Diego and used to go to TJ. Can confirm there is a wall in parts. But does not cover the entire border, mostly just residential areas to make people feel safe. Trump’s wall won’t work unfortunately, rodents always find a way in. Plus, immigration black ops actually helps illegals in, just like the DEA is actually a cartel that stomps out competition.

Even if there was a 40 foot wall with all sorts of motes, and camera drones, and other shit it would not stop illegal immigration.
