I’ve held a lot of management roles and I’m only just now graduating. I contribute my leadership ability to the opportunity to attend ‘gifted’ programs in school my whole life, sports leadership posistions and natural talent.
Some people are more suited to be a management type person. You didn’t say why you hated your boss exactly though? Have you sat with him and told him how he could be better, or sat with HIS boss and voiced your concerns? If they’re valid, someone in the company would listen. Otherwise, you’re like one of my many workers who just complains cause things aren’t done the way they want
