Can RF radiation cause cellular damage? No. Is it going to riddle you with cancer? No. Radio frequencies in the range of current wireless standards, including 5G. Required Received signal level is pretty low for cellular services. The actual level of radiation getting to you from your home wifi router is likely higher than from a cell tower.

The highest frequency 5G works on is around 30 GHz (3 x 10^10 Hz). X-rays range from 3 x 10^16 to 3×10^19 Hz.
