So I simply took a sick leave for the whole week and got written up for it.

Sure I didn’t need to make a huge huge deal out of it but I wanted to make my point. Now whenever they call when I’m on vacation I answer and hang up immediately. Shortly after this my boss got fired for incompetence.

I work at walgreens and we got PTO. Get 5 PTO hours a week and leave 1 hour early every single day. Boss hates me but HR doesn't care and I make rate. If we work 12 hour days but I put in 1 hour PTO I get to leave in 9 hours instead of 11. During holidays I say fuck the holiday pay and take a disciplinary step. So I get the day off before and after because a step counts as 2 days but 3 you need a doctors note.
