There's a system channel owners can use that automatically filters rude comments for review so what I think is that YT automatically filtered that into their "for review" comments section that only they can see. You need the comment to be approved before you see it.

Let me explain something: for months or even several years now whenever you type the word "nigger" or even "nigga" your youtube comment is automatically flagged as undesirable and hidden to others. The person who uploaded the video you are commenting on has no control over this, either.
If what you say is true, then they've simply made it visible to you that your comments are being hidden.

This has been going on for ages, I noticed when I made a comment about throwing fags off of buildings and it vanished. In the UK a fag also means cigarette and if you use it in that context, it still gets removed.
