Trudeau didn't PRESSURE Jody Wilson-Raybould (JWR)

to let SNC-Lavalin out of criminal prosecution.

Trudeau simply INFORMED JWR of
the possible economic fallout of prosecuting SNC-Lavalin.

Trudeau THEN relieved JWR of her job after a surprise resignation left a perfect
opening for her somewhere else... and wouldn't you notice- her replacement says SNC could still avoid criminal prosecution!

But remember, Trudeau didn't PRESSURE JWR to do anything.

Shawcross principle - he can’t precipitate any type of engagement on the issue - which he did.

Also job protection are of no consideration to the decision, as per the DPA legislation. Anyway all he cares about is protecting votes in corrupt Quebec

He’ll be lucky to avoid jail. He certainly should have Resigned by now

It's cool that Trumpfags are so desperate to deflect any discussion about Trump's criminal allegations by suddenly making dozens of threads about Trudeau. Trudeau didn't break any laws, but he is definitely going to lose a ton of seats in this election and might even lose (or barely scrape by with a minority government). In the absolute worst case scenario for Trudeau, he resigns as party leader, but he's too full of himself to do that.

>He’ll be lucky to avoid jail.
He won't go to jail. Ethical violations are not necessarily criminal offences.

Pressuring the AG to make politically oriented judicial decisions is illegal.

So if he did that, he did break the law. I believe JWR over him so I’m inclined to think he broke the law

>Resign, jail
He could be doubling down... All or nothing

Hello shill

Once he waives the remaining gag order on JWR, we will have a better understand of the facts

Agreed.

It’s quite telling he didn’t immediately resign. Sounds like he’s doubling down

While I believe guilty, I don't believe, getting what JWR told us, that there is proof of Trudeau acting illegally... As their only direct communication was Sept 17 and three phone call talking her she's being shuffled.

That said, seems like prouf that Wernick after acted illegally

Telling her to make judicial decisions based on electoral fortunes in Quebec sounds like obstructionism.

She is alleging he said that to her

*ting ting ting*

ahem...

FUCK SQUAWS AND FUCK HONESTY

Attached: trudeau7.jpg (1000x750, 133K)

And remember she is still gagged from speaking to anything that happened after she was fired as AG

So we don’t have all the facts

Suck my dick leaf. I know you're in Toronto.

NUKE TORONTO AND GTA WHEN?

Nukes detonated across GTA day before the election. FF, Trudeau invokes Emergency Measures Act (formerly War Measures Act.) Justin Castro regime begins. Screencap this.

Trudeau should have resigned already. He’s actually willing to put Himself before the entire country.

It’s quite stunning

>not necessarily

That was Sept 17.
Yes, he said he was not interfering, but needed a(nother) solution. If this was audio recorded or had witnesses, then RIP Trudeau based on subsequent action.

It's funny how she got back into the cabinet for day to tell them her story... I'm wondering if she wore a wire at this time, or subsequent to being replaced.

Yeah, definitely. In waiting for the knives to come out from his MPs. I image many of them have been whipped by Butts and Morneau and a few others.

is it though?

Attached: 1544829014766.jpg (399x382, 66K)

This is all your lived experience and personal Truth!

How did Morneau get away with seemingly selling shares a week before tax reform that induced selling, thus him insider trading? Is it that they couldn't prove it was him?

And how do you just

Imagine being so dumb you think 1000s of people should lose their job because of arcane legal issues.

Larping Rorschach-ass wanabe.

Attached: carlos.png (350x350, 138K)

And how do you let Morneau to introduce a pension bill WHILE his company (owns shares) sells pensions to many of Canada's public workers?

The jobs will still exist, but the employer, SNC, will change

Imagine being so dumb you think someone automatically gets a new job if their employer goes under.

Trudeau did nothing wrong: victim of circumstance
Politicians cannot avoid wrongdoing WHILE surviving as politicians. Over time all politicians become aware of wrongdoing- and to ignore such is also wrongdoing.

Thus politicians are hooked- either
nuking their careers by reporting wrongdoing, or failing to report it- which is also wrongdoing.

All politicians are victims of circumstance, and their circumstance, as passive parcipitants in wrongdoing, means the cost of active partipance in wrongdoing is lower, as they are already implicated AND their opposition shares their position AND participation in wrongdoing can be the difference between electoral success and failure.
Trudeau was right to demand JWR cow to his will- being that such was important for Trudeau's re-election.
Expecting Trudeau to not demand JWR cow to his will would be expecting Trudeau to deny an advantage to himself while his competition accepts advantages of such type.

JWR has hurt her party for her emotional relief- she has hurt those who made her position possible.

It's not rational nor moral to deny oneself advantages that others freely take. This is where libertarians go wrong- thinking it's moral to sacrifice oneself for a principle that isn't reciprocated.

It's up to the electorate to keep government honest- it's not up to politicians to do so.

Attached: trudeauArmy.jpg (120x150, 3K)

It's just a little bit fucking disturbing that after all this he still might win the next election.

Our country is fucking doomed.

Exactly. Morneau should have been charged with tax evasion years ago on top of all of this other nonsense. Houses around the world that he forgot to declare and money shuffled through Panama and Caribbean banks. But he learned from his Pops about shell corps and wire fraud.

It's all so tiresome sometimes up here in Canuckistan.

Is this where we imply the government bidding process automatically gives business to snc, at the expense of honest companies?

Allegedly connecting the judicial decisions to partisan political interests in Quebec is probably the biggest issue for me.

Think about the damage that brings to honest companies that have to compete with snc. I hope the rcmp gets involved soon

Morneau Is worse than Trudeau in that respect. Agreed - probably the most corrupt government in canadian history

so if snc goes under the government will no longer tender contracts?

Not following the logic.

Agreed.

SNC: The Third Option
SNC is charged, by Canada's government, for bribery.

Option 1: Prosecute, if guilty:
-no federal contracts
-workers lose jobs

Option 2: Have them pay fine:
-economic loss

Option 3: Prosecute, if guilty:
-no federal contracts
-they pay employees severance for 6 months

Only option 3 punishes wrongdoing AND punishes wrongdoing.
They only downside of that Quebec pensions are largely invested in SNC. Thus, the rest of Canada must not seek justice.

T. Gerald Butts with capslockitis

>Morneau is part of this. JWR days she told him that communications from his office were inappropriate.

Also all there current work will vanish!

A strong, resounding NO.

Attached: 5n5Lz20.png (399x382, 107K)

>fine
>economic loss
If there is a fine, it'll be a slap on the wrist like all other fines in the history of governments fining corrupt companies.

So true. I imagine with Butts gone, some of the party snakes like Morneau, Freeland, and some of the Quebec Liberal MPs will begin elbowing each other to advise Trudeau. Morneau and Freeland are likely looking for Trudeau to fail this Fall, and make a grab for the leadership.

Lol - snc can’t bid for 10 years = Canadian government won’t offer any new public contracts? That’s the implication of this logic from then Trudeau apologists. Really bizarre logic

Heaven forbid we let honest companies compete

CBC not defending Trudeau...
youtu.be/BF6frGvjsJk

>Heaven forbid we let honest companies compete
This is the reasoning JWR gave.
It's she, date I say it, our leftist Indian?

Attached: jwr18 - Copy.jpg (426x468, 66K)

I like this one

Attached: jwr12.jpg (620x349, 73K)

No she didn’t. Her reasoning was based on prosecutorial discretion

THICCC

Attached: jwr11.jpg (620x349, 95K)

Yes. Based on SNC being likely to re offend.

What I meant is that she said that is why the laser is important.

Plus regarding new information, she didn't properly explain herself when asked... Here:

JWR explained that she's open to relavant new information- being information regarding SNC's eligibility for a DPA- which is their high likelihood to re-offend.

She never spoke to ANY details on the reasoning behind the public prosecutors offices decision

When Canadian Pravda turns on Justin, then you just know the knives are out. Give it a few more weeks and if the media trend continues to not defend him, he's in the shit for sure.

Correct. But she stated that she would not direct the prosecutor because she believed SNC was likely to re-offend- which is a factor for considering the DPA.

She doesn’t have to explain herself regarding how the Director of public prosecutions assesses or integrate relevant facts of the case

That’s the basis of prosecutorial discretion

She never said that -

Thursday morning- during his press conference for a space agency- his voice was cracking a bit. Was beautiful

I'm not saying she had to explain herself- only that she did- to Trudeau/Wernick/others- and in her Wednesday testimony.

She did. Read her testimony- the part about the Sept 17 meeting.

Definitely. It probably hit him that he doesn't really have any true friends or allies among his MPs. It's quite satisfying seeing him slowly sink and the smug, arrogance nearly gone. Hoping for a new government in October and criminal charges for Butts, Wernick, Morneau, and others. Trudeau charged would be stunningly epic.

I never heard her say that in the testimony.

Odd statement since she has complete discretion in whether to overturn her directors decision.

Ie She needs a compelling reason to overturn - not to not overturn her Directors decision

I understand your statement. Yes when asked by Trudeau (which he shouldn’t have done btw - it’s borderline obstruction) that is how she said she replied

Why are you following leaf shit?

>He could be doubling down... All or nothing
Pic related will be how Trudeau’s story ends.

I think most people were surprised how Trudeau responded immediately after the testimony - he sounded really awful, partisan, and delusional about the state of affairs

I was actually expecting him to Resign - instead he launched into pure partisanship

Quite telling how he sees things

KEK

>I image many of them have been whipped by Butts
No wonder everyone makes fun of us :-(

The dark suit ...nice theater instead of usual larp or fag stuff

He just gave them like $6 billion or something to rig the next election with too kek

New era. There's no honor. Pr goons had it written out. Go live justin

I'm guessing the party brass and the powerful MPs are going to give it a few weeks and see which way this goes. I'll bet some are hoping for him to resign (don't think he will - too arrogant) or a minority government in October and then they can just Joe Clark his ass out the door like Mulroney did. Morneau and Freeland are sharpening their knives.

dammit forgot the pic. sorry I am a leaf

I want this SNC case to go to trial so we can find out all the greasy details about engineers hiring hookers for Gadaffi Jr.

That’s a good take, leaf.

Have a great weekend

Too close to election day. Itll be lost in other issues bla bla

So crazy how fast they can turn. I think the media sharks smell blood. They've already been paid their 30 pieces of silver. The story of a falling PM with possible criminal charges down the road is just too good to pass up.

Is Freeland a thing ? I'd fuck her fat ass

jody's a fucking idiot

Attached: 083aa365-1f5d-4cdc-9648-06cc45ce3581_JDX-NO-RATIO_WEB.jpg (968x675, 179K)

Same here. Wouldn't it be great if SNC forgot to delete emails and shred docs if all this business?

Someone somewhere at HQ was organizing all of this for Gaddafi Jr. So much grease involved, it's hard to get rid of. ;)

It's possible she told the truth ? Working her portfolio, got leaned on by trudeau's goons...mob guys basically

Possibly. I don't think he'll resign. If this goes sideways for JT fast, the party brass will just not campaign too hard or fundraise enough and hope for a minority government to get rid of him. I'd be surprised if JT is able to have a long political career after this mess. He definitely is his mother's son and not like either of his fathers, biological or adopted.

Georgi Schwartz' ghostwriter to boot!

she's telling her truth, and she's an idiot

Are you leafs suffering from lack of food?

Attached: bacon.jpg (4032x3024, 3.03M)

Identity politics is a helluva rollercoaster. It’s incredibly satisfying to watch mr “half my cabinet must be women because it’s current year” go down by a woman.

Molyneux just put up a 90 minute deep dive:

youtu.be/b03LHkj0wXs

The economy was in the shitter last quarter and will likely not improve thanks to Trudeau's shit chickens coming home to roost.

Going into the election, he's going to have a stagnant economy and his transparent virtue signalling is being seen for what it is. He's toast.

Sure he'll have a great life being a millionaire and taking advantage of his connections to make even more money, and he's done a massive disservice to our demographics and social services, but at least he will be a one-time PM who will be remembered as a fake, flakey, failure.

I believe she cited the criminal code she explained to Trudeau and Wernick

Briffault's Law

Fur the drama

So true. It's so awesome. Just imagine what he must think now when he sits in cabinet and party meetings when he looks out at his fellow MPs. I'm guessing fear and paranoia. It's so well deserved.

"I looked him in the eye, and asked if he was politically interfering."
This was Trudeau's warning.

"I highly advise against it."

Not only that, but the whole "I always believe women" and hyper-feminism virtue signalling means he's painted himself in a corner. He can't say she's lying because she's a Native Woman. She's untouchable, hence their weak, "I believe she told her truth" defense.

>but at least he will be a one-time PM who will be remembered as a fake, flakey, failure.

If we get one little bit of justice, it's this. A generation from now, JT will be a footnote and a punchline.

Next government is NDP/lib

Haha, it's so awesome to see. And you can see it in his eyes behind the phony smile and handshakes. That look of "why is this happening to me? Don't they know I am helping them?" Awesome.

>the whole "I always believe women" and hyper-feminism virtue signalling means he's painted himself in a corner. He can't say she's lying because she's a Native Woman
He sure did a good job of getting around literal sexual assault accusations. Maybe it’s time the press brought that story back into focus now that they’re turning on him.

Imagine we see “Trudeau the misogynist” headlines. Trump would laugh his ass off along with the rest of us

Her truth...the ultimate copout backfire.
See ya in Millhaven.
