China's Social Credit system is a great idea.
We need to implement it worldwide.
Though I'm not sure it goes far enough.

Make an Actual "MMO for all citizens"
It should start in schools, where your grades are transfered into your character stats - and continue after as you graduate and start working, with your achivements and social credit being tracked and positive actings and behavior bringing you resources/stats in said MMO.
You should grind your stats - mental, physical, political, economical irl to advance your character in MMO.
