It seems that monetary incentives do not work at all for most governments trying to push those. What do you think would work? A reversal to religiousness or national socialism? These two seem to correlate well with higher fertility, however, secularism is a sort of stranglehold in contemporary west. Some inventive ideas?

I don't know about that, it's not as difficult to get with women if you even go out to a normal bar as people make it seem to be. It doesn't usually take more than a conversation with someone for 10 minutes to get someone's number and women do prefer a physical way of getting to know someone rather than online behind a screen.
Of course options have increased for both genders to meet one another but the classic meet up or meeting someone you don't know in a bar or any other social place is still preferred by both.

I am talking about white birth rates, not the country’s overall birthrate. Europe has more vacation, family leave, socialized healthcare, a lot of things that Americans dream of having but it doesn’t seem to matter. The economic incentives that have proof that they work are when a family can be raised on a single income and one parent can raise the children. The rest don’t seem to affect fertility.
