I can see a hypothetical strategy where a minority of brave englishman could offer peaceful (in the sense of no deaths involved) but very illegal resistance to the central government with sabotage, strikes, subversion and the such and wake up the majority of the population that does not subscribe to the current prevailing ideology there but there are too comfort to do anything about it.

I looked into that actually. Contrary to the leftist spin on it, they only found out about this when Trump himself was reviewing the staff for legality. Turns out the illegals band together, and infiltrate the local management for defense and direct each other to the best places to forge documents. Because we don't have things like simple e-verify in this country even Trump has a hard time getting illegals out of his ranks. He has to go by the law, and if they have a forged document there really isn't a lot he could do without opening himself up to discrimination lawsuits.
